If not mentioned otherwise, you have the right to return the goods, without any reason within 7 days to our adress. The articles must be returned to JurSen without any damages, if not the case we can not accept the goods and refund the purchase amount. The cost for returning the goods are at clients expenses.
All cancellations, returns and exchanges needs to be announced by email or fax, this message should include name, banking details iban bic & orderno. Refunds will be made within 14 days to the identical accountno as which you used for paying the knobs.
No refund is made when:
- no written notification
- when product is used or damaged
- when packing is damaged
- when product is not returned in original packing
If one of the above points is applicable we will charge cost of repair or cancellation cost.
Cost of transportation will be for buyer.
